AI advice
without
the hype.

Most AI advice is sold by people who've never run a business. I've spent twenty-five years inside customer-focused SaaS teams, including at Salesforce, NetSuite and SeatGeek. Now I help UK service businesses figure out where AI actually fits, where it doesn't and what to do about it.

━ The problem

You've been told
you need to "do something with AI."

You probably don't disagree. But the advice you're getting is loud, contradictory and mostly written by people selling tools.

Meanwhile your team's already trying things in the background. Half your competitors are claiming AI superpowers they don't have. And somewhere in there is a real opportunity that nobody's helping you see clearly.

That's the bit I work on.

━ How I think about it

People first.
Process second.
Technology last.

Most AI projects fail in the same way. Someone gets excited about a tool, buys it, then tries to bolt it onto a process nobody really understood in the first place. The tool gets blamed. The team disengages. The budget evaporates.

I work the other way round. Who does the work, what the work actually is, then which tools fit. The framework is boring on purpose. PPT has been around for decades because it works.

What you get from me isn't a vendor pitch. It's a clearer view of your own business, with AI mapped onto the bits where it earns its keep.

01
People

Who actually does the work. Who it lands on if the change breaks.

02
Process

What the work is, where it sticks, what nobody owns yet.

03
Technology

Which tools earn their keep - and the ones that just photograph well.

━ Services · 01–02
━ 01 · For teams that need to get useful with AI quickly

Training

90-minute leadership workshops, half-day team sessions and tailored corporate training. Delivered in person or online. No demos of tools you'll never use. No "future of work" theatre.

People leave with a working understanding of what AI is, what it isn't, and the prompts to start using it on Monday morning.

━ 02 · For owners and leaders who want a clear path forward

Consultancy

Three engagement shapes: a structured AI Opportunity Audit; deeper Discovery and Strategy work; or a full Transformation Programme for businesses ready to embed AI properly rather than experiment with it.

I take on a small number of programmes at a time so I can stay properly involved.

━ Why hire me instead of someone louder

I'm not the
right fit for
everyone.

I don't run paid ads. I don't promise 10x anything. I'm not going to tell you AI will replace your finance team by Christmas.

What I do bring is twenty-five years of running customer-focused teams at companies you've heard of. I've been the one in the room when a transformation works and the one in the room when it doesn't. I know the difference, and most of the time it has nothing to do with the technology.

If you want someone who'll tell you straight, work with what you've already got and only recommend AI where it actually helps, that's me.
