Two ways
to work
with me.
Training to get your team useful with AI quickly. Consultancy to figure out where AI actually fits in your business. Both grounded in real work, not theory.
Training.
━ For teams that need to get useful with AI quickly, without spending three days in a hotel watching tool demosThe 90-minute leadership workshop
The session I run most often. Built for senior teams who need a working understanding of AI fast. We cover what it is, what it isn't, where it's already useful, where it isn't, and how to think about adopting it without buying something stupid. You'll leave with the language to have the right conversations internally and the prompts to start using AI yourself the same day.
Half-day team session
A deeper, more practical session for a working team. Same foundations as the 90-minute workshop, then a worked example tailored to your business. People leave with a starter prompt library specific to their actual job.
Tailored corporate training
For larger organisations or specific use cases. Built around your business, your tools, your data and your team. I sometimes deliver these as part of larger corporate AI literacy programmes.
Consultancy.
━ For owners and leaders who want a clear path forward, not a 60-page deck of stock photosAI Opportunity Audit
A structured review of your business. I look at how you work, where the friction sits, and where AI could genuinely help. The output is a shortlist of practical opportunities, ranked by effort, cost and likely value, with a recommended starting point.
Usually two to three weeks. Usually the right first step.
Discovery and Strategy
Deeper than the audit. We map your business properly, work through where AI fits, agree what to build first and what to leave alone, then sequence it. Done well, this produces a 6 to 12 month plan you can actually deliver against.
Sequenced over weeks or months depending on scope.
Transformation Programme
Multi-phase delivery for businesses that have decided AI is part of how they want to operate. I'll lead or co-lead the programme, manage delivery partners where needed and keep the people side moving as fast as the tech side.
Three months to a year. I take on a small number at a time so I can stay properly involved.
What working
together looks like.
Most projects move through four stages. Different engagements spend more time in different stages, but the shape is consistent.
Discover
What's actually going on, who does the work, where it gets stuck. The unglamorous bit that determines whether the rest of it works.
Recommend
What to do, in what order, with what tools. Specific enough that you could act on it without me.
Deliver
Building, testing, embedding. Often alongside your team or a delivery partner I trust.
Support
Keeping it working. Most AI projects don't fail at launch. They fail six months later when nobody owns them.
I don't disappear after delivery. The work isn't done until the thing is actually being used.
That's fine.
Most people aren't.
Book a 45-minute call and I'll tell you honestly which option makes sense, or whether you should be doing something else entirely.
