What the site is for
Everything on this site is general information about how I work and think. It isn't advice for your specific situation, and acting on it is your call. If you want advice that accounts for your business, that's what an engagement is for.
Engagements
Training, audits, consultancy and programmes are scoped and agreed in a separate written agreement covering deliverables, fees, timelines and confidentiality. If anything in that agreement conflicts with this page, the agreement wins.
Intellectual property
The content, design and branding on this site belong to Flo HQ Ltd. Quote it or share it with attribution; don't pass it off as your own or republish it wholesale.
Third-party links
Where the site links elsewhere (LinkedIn, booking pages and so on), those sites have their own terms and I'm not responsible for them.
Liability
The site is provided as is. I work to keep it accurate and available, but I don't guarantee either, and to the extent the law allows, Flo HQ Ltd isn't liable for loss arising from relying on the site's content. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it.
