From opportunity
to better work.
Start with what you want to improve. Together, we make sense of the work, agree a useful next step and help your people put it into practice.
You can start with an audit, strategy and policy work, or training. The scope follows what you need.
A practical way to move forward.
Four questions keep the work focused.
Understand
What needs to improve?
Look at how work happens today, where it gets difficult and what a better result would mean for your customers, your people and your business.
A useful outcomeA shared picture of the problem and a reason to focus on it.
Agree
What will change, and who owns it?
Choose priorities, agree responsibilities and decide what good looks like. Where AI is involved, set clear expectations for its use and the checks people need to make.
A useful outcomeA manageable next step, with ownership and a way to judge progress.
Put into practice
How will people make it work?
Connect the change to real tasks. Give people relevant practice, useful guidance and room to ask questions. Agree the support needed for new ways of working.
A useful outcomePeople who understand the change and have practical ways to use it.
Review
Is it making the difference?
Look beyond attendance or tool usage. Check whether the work is improving and whether it serves the original goal. Use what you learn to decide what happens next.
A useful outcomeEvidence to continue, adjust, stop or expand.
This is a way of thinking through change, not a package you have to buy in full. We agree the work and the support around your situation.
Explore the frameworks behind the approachThe names, tools and working canvas, when you want more detail.
I look at change through People, Process and Technology (PPT): who is involved, how the work happens and which tools support it. Define, Align and Deliver (DAD) provide a structure for moving that change forward. The other frameworks support specific parts of the work.

All nine boxes keep wider business work visible. Highlighted names show the specialist frameworks used where they apply.

MAP leads the discovery and prioritisation work. The canvas follows each selected change through to delivery; it remains useful after the audit.
How the frameworks fit together.
These names describe the methods I use. You do not need to learn them before we work together.
Bring your real-world challenge.
The framework gives us a structure. Working together connects it to your business, your people and the change you want to make.
